Girish N

Girish N has been in the software engineering industry since 2005. Girish began their career at Torry Harris Business Solutions as a Software Engineer. In 2006, they moved to Yindusoft Technologies, where they also worked as a Software Engineer. In 2007, they joined Nokia as a R&D Software Engineer, where they were responsible for design and development of new features, handling change requests, bug fixing, answering customer queries, and suggesting solutions to complex technical problems. Girish also acted as a Scrum Master, leading a scrum team and was responsible for creating backlog items, defining/clarifying backlog items, prioritizing tasks, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospection, demo, and scrum team status update to stake holders. In 2011, they joined Software AG as an Engineering Specialist in the WebMethods Broker R & D team. Finally, in 2013, they moved to IP Infusion, where they worked as a Senior Technical Lead and Technical Lead. In this role, they were responsible for the ZebOS High Availability solution using OpenSAF HA middleware, as well as HA solutions to ZebOS protocols, such as Graceful restart, Stateful switchover, NSF, NSR, performance, scalability, and overall HA ownership. Girish also had solid debugging experience in core, L3, and HA modules, and guided and mentored juniors.

Girish N completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SJCE between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended Bangalore High School from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Electronics and Communications. Additionally, Girish holds certifications as an Accredited Symbian Developer, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer.
