Chief Financial Officer at IPC Systems
As IPC’s Chief Financial Officer, Noah Asher oversees the company’s overall finance and accounting functions, as well as the investor relations, treasury and corporate services organizations. He also works with the CEO and other executives to manage strategy, long-term planning and strategic investments. Noah has over 30 years of experience in executive financial and operational roles in numerous multinational corporations and PE sponsored firms spanning multiple industries. Most recently, Noah was Chief Financial Officer at DMI, a global leader in mobility solutions and digital transformation, where he was responsible for leading all areas of financial operations, planning and analysis. Prior to DMI, Noah served as Chief Financial Officer of CompuCom Systems, a leading provider of managed IT services. At CompuCom, Noah leveraged his strengths and experience in managed services to focus on cash flow optimization, deal pricing and project profitability improvement. His roles prior to CompuCom include Vice President, Finance for Unisys Global Managed Services, CFO at United Communications Group, and Senior Vice President, Finance at Intelsat. Noah holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Sciences, as well as a BS in Economics from the Wharton School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
