Eric Rea

Eric Rea, EVP of Business Development at iPipeline, has over 35 years of experience achieving aggressive growth goals and scaling operations and technology in the Insurance and Financial Services sector.

Before joining iPipeline, Eric developed an impressive reputation as Vice President of Keane Consulting Group. There, Eric lead an innovative Policy Administration System roadmap and execution for a client that achieved transformational outcomes including dramatically improving productivity and customer service. The success of this project resulted in the creation of a spinoff technology services and outsourcing firm dedicated to PAS services.

At this newly-developed organization, SE2, Eric took on the role of President, growing the firm to $160 million in annual revenue during his ten years of leadership. SE2 implemented groundbreaking technology solutions for life and annuity clients such as MassMutual, Global Atlantic, and Prudential.

Eric formerly headed product management for iPipeline in the United States. He led the localization of the UK-originated policy admin solution, and proudly launched it to two new US clients in its first year stateside. Eric scaled the operation and guided the organization on a high-growth path to becoming the US leader in policy administration.

Eric is a graduate of Ursinus College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
