Arzoo has 6+ years of sales and business development expertise in the staffing industry. As Head – Sales, she manages strategic accounts, builds client relationships, conducts market research, and heads sales lead generation. Arzoo collaborates with the Chief Business Development Officer to create and implement sales strategies for the US staffing market.

Before joining iPlace, Arzoo was a Business Manager with Vanator RPO for three years, where she managed and coached a team of business development executives. She held the record for the highest sales in 2018 – 2019 at Glocal RPO.

Arzoo completed her Bachelor’s in Commerce and has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Punjab Technical University. Arzoo is passionate about dancing and traveling and enjoys playing chess in her free time. While regular yoga keeps her fit, hiking up the mountains helps her unwind.
