Hong Kai Teo

Hong Kai Teo is an Associate Patent Examiner at IPOS International since July 2025. Previously, Hong worked at the National Cancer Centre Singapore from June 2020 to July 2025 as a Locum Pharmacist, where over 100 prescriptions were processed daily, conducted medication management for a general medicine ward, and handled drug enquiries. Hong also served as a Pre-registration Pharmacist at both the National University of Singapore and Changi General Hospital, experiencing various specialty wards and clinical settings. An academic background includes a PhD in Immunotherapy from the National University of Singapore, with research focused on personalized neoantigen detection and TCR identification in cancers, along with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Hong's research experience encompasses roles at esteemed institutions including Bayer, University of Nottingham, and A*STAR, contributing to significant pharmacovigilance initiatives, cancer research projects, and the development of innovative treatment methodologies.
