Francis J. Rienzo

Francis J. Rienzo serves as the Associate Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy at Ipsen since 2019, where responsibility includes setting and implementing departmental strategies related to on-market and pipeline products. Prior to this role, Francis held the position of Head of State Government Affairs and Policy at Ipsen, focusing on engaging state-level policymakers and stakeholders. From 2017 to 2019, Francis was the Vice President of Advocacy and Government Relations and Interim CEO at Medicaid Health Plans of America, overseeing advocacy strategies to protect Medicaid program revenues. Previous experience includes Vice President positions at Sanofi, where Francis directed federal government affairs and led advocacy efforts for patient health.
