Roseline Poasevara

Roseline Poasevara has extensive experience in quality assurance and outsourcing management within the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Ipsen since February 2002 in various leadership roles including Service Provider Quality Assurance Representative and R&D Non Clinical Category Leader. Poasevara has been instrumental in the implementation of quality oversight processes, improvement of contractual negotiations, and development of strategies for research service purchasing. Roles have included management of multi-disciplinary projects and partnerships, establishing systems for service provider selection, and leading analytical development in the laboratory. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate and an engineering degree in analytical chemistry, complemented by training in coaching and operational excellence. Prior experience at Mayoly-Spindler involved analytical method development and supplier management.
