Diane Devar

Diane Devar is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading UX design and strategy teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead UX Consultant at IQbusiness South Africa since February 2018, Diane focuses on building UX and Design Ops competencies while mentoring a team of designers and enhancing client proposals. Previous roles include Senior UX positions at Liberty Group and Momentum, where responsibilities encompassed designing customer journeys, conducting usability tests, and nurturing a user-centered design culture. Earlier career highlights feature expertise development at DStv Online and Human Factors International, managing innovation projects and training junior staff. Diane holds a BCom in Information Systems Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has completed a Core Banking Skills Learnership.
