Darien Rampersad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at iQor since October 2017, Darien leads a team to enhance performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through a focus on process improvement and exceptional service delivery, managing omni-channel projects that support both B2B and B2C sales. Previous roles at iQor include Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Travel Coordinator, demonstrating a progression in responsibilities and team leadership. Darien began a career in operations while also working as a Research Assistant at the University of the West Indies, where a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (Hons) was earned, contributing valuable research support under the guidance of Dr. Alea.
