James is responsible for accelerating iQor's growth with strategic new logos and to continue expanding additional new solutions for the company’s existing key relationships. Most recently, James McClenahan held the title of Senior Vice President of Sales. James leads a growing global sales force that is well-positioned to capitalize on iQor's BPO leadership in operational performance, work-at-home solutions, channel optimization, and other cutting-edge customer experience solutions.
