Aziz Khanchi

Aziz Khanchi has extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as an Associate Director and Data Scientist at IQVIA since August 2016. Previously, Aziz held various positions at IQVIA, including Global Analytics Manager and Regional Analytics Manager for the Americas. Aziz has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa from January 2009 to August 2023. Prior roles include a NSERC Visiting Research Fellow in Statistics at Health Canada from January 2013 to March 2016, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Predictive Analytics at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Ottawa, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Carleton University. Aziz holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Probability from the University of Ottawa and a Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Sharif University of Technology.
