Kiana Dezelon

Kiana Dezelon is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Systems Development at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this, Kiana held key leadership roles at Baxter International Inc. as Vice President and Senior Director of Research & Development, as well as multiple positions at Hillrom, culminating in the role of Director of Research & Development. Additional experience includes serving as Lead User Experience Designer at CC Intelligent Solutions and various positions focused on user experience and interface design at BB&T, UGS, and Texas Instruments. Kiana holds a Master of Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Furman University.
