Ashok Gunasekaran is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operational transformation and excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Operations Transformation & Innovation at Iron Mountain, Ashok has successfully designed and launched innovative product solutions leveraging automation and AI/ML, driving significant EBITDA savings. Previous roles include Director of Operational Excellence & Support for North America and Director of Strategy & Business Transformation for Consumer Storage, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and delivering substantial cost reductions. Prior to Iron Mountain, Ashok held leadership positions at MakeSpace, Signify, QuEST Global, and Larsen & Toubro Limited, focusing on quality improvement, strategic initiatives, and implementing management systems. Ashok holds a Master of Science in Material Sciences from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
