Steven Yan

Steven Yan is the SVP of Product at Ironclad. Steven has over fifteen years of experience in the software engineering industry. Steven started their career as a software engineer at Trend Micro in 2002. Steven worked on the InterScan Messaging Security Suite before being promoted to staff software engineer in 2004. In 2009, they left Trend Micro to join Zendesk as VP and GM of Zendesk Connect. Steven was responsible for growing the business to its first $1M ARR by the end of 2019. Steven left Zendesk in January 2019 to join Ironclad as SVP of Product.

Steven Yan's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.

Steven Yan works with Christopher Chin - VP, Legal Engineering, Jason Li - SVP, Engineering. Their manager is Cai GoGwilt, Co-Founder & CTO.
