Amy Patterson

Amy Patterson is an experienced health and wellness professional with a diverse background in coaching, nutrition consulting, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Health and Wellness Coach at Zilis Health Products - Unicorn Music since March 2017, Patterson also collaborates with AdvoCare and Isagenix as a Nutrition Consultant. An experienced Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and certified Yoga & Fitness Instructor, Patterson has maintained a successful independent practice since 2011. Previous roles include Yoga and Group X Instructor at Tops'l and diverse positions in guest services and sales at various health clubs and rental companies. Educational credentials include certification as an NLP Practitioner and a 200 RYT Vinyasa Yoga Instructor.
