Wilko Schwarting

Wilko Schwarting has a long and varied work experience. Wilko is currently the Head of AI and AI Lead at ISEE since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Fellow at Pillar VC in 2020, a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015, a Researcher / Software Engineer, Autonomous Vehicles at Volkswagen Group Research - Electronics Research Lab (ERL) and Volkswagen Group Research in 2014, and a PhD Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2016.

Wilko Schwarting obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich in 2014. Wilko then pursued a Master's Degree in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich, which they completed in 2016. Following this, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in AI & Robotics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) in 2020. Additionally, Wilko Schwarting had research visits at the National University of Singapore in 2015, 2017, and 2019.
