Abbie David, PhD PMP

Abbie David, PhD PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Abbie began their career as an Analyst at the US Government Accountability Office in 2009, where they contributed to audits of federal programs and made recommendations for improved efficiency. In 2011, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, supporting federal agencies in becoming more efficient and effective through researching best practices and developing strategic plans. From 2015 to 2016, Abbie worked as a Project Analyst at UNOPS, managing partnerships and creating monthly reports for the organization. Abbie then transitioned to Duty First Consulting, where they served as a Manager from 2017 to 2018. Abbie's next role was as a Diplomat for the Government of Grenada from 2018 to 2022, before joining ISF, Inc. in 2023 as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, Abbie has demonstrated their expertise in project management, analysis, and strategic planning.

Abbie David, PhD PMP, has a strong education background with a focus on international relations, public policy, government, and politics. Abbie earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in International Relations from China Foreign Affairs University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Abbie obtained a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) degree from George Mason University between 2008 and 2010. Abbie's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government and Politics from St. John's University, which was completed from 2005 to 2008. Furthermore, Abbie holds the certification of Project Management Professional, which was obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2013.
