Michael Flannery has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the human capital management industry. Michael most recently served as the Chief Customer Officer at isolved, where they have been working since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at the same company, starting in July 2020. From January 2020 to July 2020, they served as the General Manager of iSolved HCM West Region. Before joining isolved, Michael worked at PeopleStrategy as the Chief Operating Officer from July 2018 to September 2018, and as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Service from June 2017 to June 2018. Michael also worked at CheckPoint HR, which is now part of PeopleStrategy, as the Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at Picwell, BenefitVault, Inc., CheckPoint HR, ExcellerateHRO/Towers Perrin, and Towers Perrin. Michael's expertise includes customer success, operations management, and strategic leadership in the human resources and employee benefits industry.

Michael Flannery attended Jenkintown High School, where they completed their high school education. In 2000, they enrolled in Penn State University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism and Criminal Justice, which they completed in 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2012, Michael attended La Salle University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management.
