Cynthia Turcotte

VP, Applications at IsoPlexis

Cynthia Turcotte is VP of Applications at IsoPlexis. She directs the Applications team of IsoPlexis which provides biological support to the entire company. This includes running external collaborative experiments, pilot demonstrations, testing and validating of new protocols as well support for Innovations and R&D. She is responsible for resource management, project scheduling and delivery, training and competency and maintaining the lab quality program.

Cynthia has 15+ years of experience in operational laboratory and program management. As Director of Program Management for Sema4, a Mount Sinai venture, she was instrumental in building a high throughput clinical sequencing facility that is both CLIA and CAP certified. She led cross-functional teams for both test validation and commercialization of the clinical oncology portfolio. At 454 Life Sciences, a Roche company, Cynthia ran the daily operations of the 454 Sequencing Center which served to provide pilot data for potential instrument sales as well as for large genomic projects including the sequencing of James Watson, Neanderthal and Oil Palm. Throughout her career, Cynthia has focused on building and simplifying processes, increasing efficiency and bringing cross-functional teams together.

Cynthia earned her Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Yale University.
