Nadav Melamed

Nadav Melamed currently serves as the Workshop Maintenance Manager and Manager of the Reliability Engineering Department at ICL Group since September 2016, following a role as a Mechanical Engineer. Previous experience includes serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Hasalat from June 2011 to October 2012, where Nadav managed 15 direct employees and an additional 50 indirect employees, as well as overseeing an R&D team and handling logistics for product transportation. Nadav holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, along with additional education in pump design and measurement from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, and is further pursuing a degree as an Energy Officer through the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure.
