Nada Elboayadi

Nada Elboayadi is a Director at ISS. Nada has over eight years of experience in the facility services industry. Prior to their current role, they served as the UK Reporting Systems Manager at ISS Facility Services UK. In this role, they led the MI solution and MI team in the UK, delivering and supporting MI solutions to over 35 different contracts valued between £1M and £50M.

Elboayadi has a proven track record of developing MI strategies that actively influence businesses to understand the value of MI and how it supports better decision making for a better service to clients. Nada is also an expert in sales processes, providing content demonstrations of systems and pricing to support sales teams. In their previous role, they managed a team of 4 MI resources, allocating and coordinating work to various team members.

Elboayadi is known for their ability to encourage a shift in the business mentality from countless hours of manual reporting, to a “what’s happening now” mentality, supported by automated near-live MI. Under their leadership, ISS Facility Services UK was able to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated with manual reporting processes.

Nada Elboayadi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of East London and a secondary school diploma from Escola Básica e Secundária Gil Vicente.
