Marco Bernardini

Marco Bernardini is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) Technology at Italferr S.p.A. since October 2003. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of ERTMS - ETCS Level 2 and related systems for RFI Customer, Marco ensures project delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints. Previously, roles included Project Manager Assistant and Planning & Control Manager, focusing on multidisciplinary project management and customer relations.
