Mandeep Gosal

Mandeep Gosal is the current Director of Professional Services at ITC Secure. Prior to this, they worked for Ericsson from January 2004 to September 2016, where they were the Head of Strategy E2E. In this role, they directed strategy across end-to-end departments as part of the Design & Integration Service Delivery Unit within the Network Rollout (NRO) and Field Services (FS) UK business line (including Network Design and Optimisation (NDO)).

Gosal managed departmental budget of £2M+ and leadership of 18 direct reports, including all senior solution architects and implementation managers with delivery accountabilities and handled budgets in excess of £10M+. Mandeep also management of E2E governance, pre-sales and delivery strategy across NDO, NRO and managed services for the wider NRO & FS UK organisation and customers, together with on and offshore of 400+ resources.

As the single point of contact for UK & Ireland Network Design & Optimisation operations, they drove competence shift in NDO resource base, ensuring readiness for business growth. For Western and Central Europe, Gosal was the single point of contact for Network Design and Optimisation Tools strategy, collaborating closely with country heads in the construction of a balanced standardisation vs customisation approach to tools.

Mandeep successfully executed and defined the NDO delivery strategy with regional country heads. Gosal also spearhead large-scale transformation business change projects for D&I UK
