Monica S. Digilio is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and corporate governance. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for Ithaca College and as a Board Member and Independent Director for multiple companies, including Seaport Entertainment Group, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, CopperPoint Insurance Companies, and Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., Monica has a proven track record in strategic leadership and organizational development. Previously, Monica held significant roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Montage International, where contributions led to substantial growth and transformation within those organizations. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Ithaca College.
