Kelmer Messina

Kelmer Messina, Esq. currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Video Game Law at ITLA and is the Founding Partner of Messina Entertainment Advisors, providing legal services in the entertainment industry with a focus on music, video games, and film. As Chief Legal Officer at Algo Mejor Media Group, SRL since March 2022, Kelmer enhances legal strategies in media. Previous roles include Associate Attorney in Intellectual Property at MINIÑO and law clerk positions where contract negotiation and legal documentation for entertainment projects were integral responsibilities. Kelmer's educational background includes a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, complemented by a Diploma Course in Musical Event Production from Altos de Chavón School of Design.
