Brett Jones

Brett Jones is the VP of Product at ItsaCheckmate. Brett has over 10 years of experience in operations management, sales, and people development. Brett started their career at Convergys in March 2008 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring program productivity and Core Metrics to optimize performance results and revenue. Brett also used sales trending to develop both plan of actions and accountability structure to drive top-flight performance in an aggressive sales environment. In October 2018, they left Convergys to join ItsaCheckmate as the VP of Product.

Brett Jones has earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.

They work with Pantipa Chitamitara - VP of Design, Kevin Jaskolka - VP of Marketing, and Mandar Phadke - VP, India Operations. Brett Jones reports to Vishal Agarwal, Founder & CEO.
