Melissa Mullinax

Melissa Mullinax is the Chief of Staff at MARTA responsible for advancing GM/CEO Jeff Parker’s vision and priorities around customer service and operational excellence. She also leads the Authority’s external affairs and transit-oriented development teams. Before joining MARTA, Ms. Mullinax served for six years on Mayor Kasim Reed’s senior leadership team. A testament to the lure of metro Atlanta, Melissa is a Grady baby who grew up in Inman Park, graduated from Agnes Scott College in Decatur and now lives in Midtown with her husband and two children.
