Miguel Fabian Tusso Gomez serves as the Technical Implementation Director at iuvity since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in technical consulting and client experience improvement through technology solutions. Prior positions include Senior Implementation Manager at Claro Colombia, where focus was on consulting, design, and implementation of technology for enhanced client experiences in the CXAAS sector, and Manager of the CNOC Business. Miguel has also held roles such as Special Clients Manager NOC at Claro Fijo Colombia, managing contracts and services for strategic clients, and Coordinator of Quality Assurance NOC at Telmex. Miguel holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration, from EUDE Business School, and a degree in Telecommunications Project Management from Universidad del Rosario, complemented by a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad de San Buenaventura.
