Luca Germani

Luca Germani is a seasoned professional in quality and operations management with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Development of Quality and Operations at Iveco Group since November 2021, Luca has also driven supply chain transformation with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Prior roles include serving as Global Manufacturing Quality Director at FPT Industrial, leading the quality strategy across multiple factories, and earlier as Global Quality Product Line Manager at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included managing product quality for medium and heavy engines. With a strong foundation in engineering, Luca holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Brescia and a postgraduate degree from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, alongside a notable career starting from production management roles.
