Miriam Sternitzky

Miriam Sternitzky has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a CHRO Advisory Board Member at Junto since May 2024. Previously, from April 2020 to November 2023, Miriam held the position of Chief People Officer at Westwing, leading the global People & Culture strategy during the company's transition from a startup to a publicly listed entity. Miriam's earlier roles at Westwing included VP People & Culture and Director of HR & Organisation, emphasizing leadership and humankapital management. Prior experience includes working as a Master Thesis Project contributor at Scalable Capital and positions as a working student at Michael Page and Bain & Company. Miriam holds a master's degree in Wirtschafts-, Organisations- und Sozialpsychologie from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a master's degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Macquarie University.
