Brendan Canty

Brendan Canty currently serves as the Sr. Director of Engineering & Technology at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., a position held since March 2018, where Brendan is responsible for enterprise-level platform tools and leading cross-functional teams to enhance transparency, reporting metrics, and DevOps practices. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Sr. Manager of Engineering & Technology at Humana, and Manager of Application Development at Tempur Sealy International, where Brendan managed diverse development teams and fostered relationships between IT and other business units. Brendan’s earlier positions include Technical Director at INOR™, Manager of Development and Infrastructure at The Endovascular Forum, and various roles at NorthPoint Domain, overseeing IT operations and product development. Brendan has developed a comprehensive background in engineering and technology across multiple industries, underpinned by a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of British Columbia.
