Pragnya Mohanty

Pragnya Mohanty has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) since March 2014 with titles including Administrative Associate, Administrative Assistant, and Office Manager. Prior to this, Pragnya worked as an Administration Executive at OASYS TECH SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD from April 2012 to December 2013, where responsibilities included planning and preparing monthly reports, documentation, and SAP recruitment. Pragnya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Utkal University, obtained between 2018 and 2020, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sambalpur University, completed in 2008.
