Julie Staub

Julie Staub is the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Jackson Health System. Julie has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at both AutoNation and Car Spa, Inc.

Staub began their career as a Senior Manager in Retail Training at AutoNation USA in 1996. Julie was quickly promoted to Vice President of HR at Car Spa in 1998, where they led the people strategy for the company's rapid expansion. In 2001, Staub returned to AutoNation as Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held for 14 years. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR function during a period of significant growth for the company. This included developing programs to grow talent, reducing turnover, and supporting the company during economic downturns.

In their current role at Jackson Health System, Staub is responsible for leading the organization's HR strategy and initiatives. Under their leadership, the organization has been able to attract and retain top talent, while also creating a positive and productive work environment.

Julie Staub has a Bachelor's Degree in Retail Merchandising from Florida State University and an Executive Education in The Business of Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School.
