Lucas Brooks

Lucas Brooks has a diverse background in architecture, project management, and maintenance, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Cost Estimator at Jaco General Contractor, Inc. since August 2024, Lucas previously held multiple leadership roles at GLMV Architecture, including Hospitality Division Lead and Project Manager. Lucas's experience also includes a significant tenure at LK Architecture as Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed entitlements, billing, conceptual design work, and construction administration. Earlier career roles included professional DJing at Complete Music and managing stockroom operations at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture & Product Design from Kansas State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting/Civil Technology from Flint Hills Technical College.
