Pritha Ghosh serves as the Corporate Head HR at Jagatjit Industries Limited since January 2025, previously held the role of Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory at EY from January 2024 to January 2025, focusing on global project implementation and end-to-end project management. Prior experience includes being the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for North India at Rhenus Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed employee life cycle management and strategic manpower planning, and managing HR operations at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited. Pritha began the career in human resources as Assistant Manager at Tusthi and transitioned as a Project Management Officer at Tech Mahindra. Pritha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Delhi University.
