Igor Smalyuk, MBA, CMA, has extensive experience in finance and program management across various international organizations. Starting as a Program Manager at USAID, Igor developed operational strategies in Belarus. Subsequently, roles at JTI included Manager of Transfer Pricing, Finance, and Planning and Analysis, where Igor led initiatives in financial planning, SAP ERP implementation, and business performance analysis. Currently, as Head of Finance/CFO at Jaguar Land Rover Canada, Igor oversees the finance function, driving revenue, profitability, and cash flow while contributing to the company's success in the Canadian market. Igor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Minski Dzjaržauny Lingvistyèny Universitet and an International MBA from York University - Schulich School of Business.
