Robert Herd is an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in customer experience and advertising, having served as the Global Head of CX Consumer Apps and later as Head of Communications & PR for Land Rover UK at Jaguar Land Rover from April 2015 to April 2022. In these roles, Robert was instrumental in revitalizing the Land Rover brand and overseeing the global advertising strategy, including media planning and market engagement. Prior experience includes brand management roles at Kraft Foods, where Robert worked on notable brands such as Kenco and Maxwell House, and a position as Sales & Marketing Manager at Nestle. Robert holds a BA HONS 2.1 in Business Studies (Marketing) and a CIM Marketing Diploma from De Montfort University.
