Rudra Mani Koirala

Rudra Mani Koirala currently serves as the Head of DBU Operation in Nepal at Jakson Group since January 2024. Previously, Koirala held various managerial roles at Tractors Nepal Private Limited from November 2016 to December 2023, including Parts Manager and Manager-PSSR, where responsibilities included promoting the use of CAT genuine parts and managing parts and service sales opportunities. Koirala also worked as Manager-Parts Operation, overseeing procurement and monitoring of spare parts. Prior experience includes serving as Spare Parts Manager at MAW Earth Movers Pvt Ltd (JCB), and Engineer in Parts Marketing and Operation at Tractors Nepal Private Limited. Early career highlights feature a role as Work Site Supervisor at Emirates Recycling LLC and a Junior Technician at Cosmic Air Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in English and Sociology and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
