Elena Baklanova

Elena Baklanova is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales with extensive experience in various roles across leading organizations. Currently, at Jama Software since April 2020, Elena leads the EMEA Customer Success team while also serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Account Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Sales Development Lead at Hexagon PPM, where responsibilities involved driving sales for two solutions across the EMIA region.
