Sukhsimranjit Singh

Sukhsimranjit Singh, Ph.D., is a distinguished expert in dispute resolution and has held various prominent positions, including JAMS Mediator, Arbitrator, and Neutral Evaluator since September 2022, and Director of Global Development, Strategy, and Leadership at the Weinstein International Foundation from January 2025. As the Founder of SinghAcademy, established to promote accessible, skill-based education, Dr. Singh has also contributed significantly to academia as a Professor and Mediator since 2006 at Dispute Resolution and holds roles as Honorary Professor of Law at National Law University, Delhi, and Contributing Associate Professor at Willamette University. Dr. Singh has an impressive educational background with degrees in law from institutions such as the University of Missouri-Columbia and National Law University, Delhi. Further notable contributions include serving as Assistant Dean of Graduate Law Programs at Pepperdine Caruso Law and Managing Director at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
