Ralph van Den Broek

Ralph van den Broek is an experienced executive with a career spanning several decades in leadership roles across various sectors. Since 2013, Ralph has served as the CEO of Batenburg Techniek N.V., a technology company specializing in industrial automation with 1,300 employees and a revenue of 350 million euros, initially as a member of the Board of Directors and later as its Chairman. Ralph is also a member of the Supervisory Board at JAJO and has been a board member at Techniek Nederland since 2017. Previously, Ralph held advisory board positions at S4 Energy and was the General Director at RPS Nederland, a consultancy and engineering firm. Ralph's early career includes a role as Coordinator of New Construction at Erasmus MC and executive positions in the Deli Maatschappij Group. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from Delft University of Technology.
