Kelly Seither

Kelly Seither is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Executive Director at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since May 2021, Kelly has also held key positions including New Product Pipeline at Greenwich Biosciences and MedTech Mentor for Cal Poly students. As Global Molecule Lead at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from January 2016 to September 2018, responsibilities included overseeing the development strategy for a specific molecule, resulting in FDA approval in March 2019. Previous roles include Vice President of New Product Planning & Global Strategic Marketing at Alexza Pharmaceuticals, where leadership influenced corporate commercial strategy and managed the successful launch of ADASUVE®. Early career experience includes significant contributions at Gilead Sciences and ALZA Pharmaceuticals, where Kelly directed educational programs and led marketing initiatives that significantly exceeded sales forecasts. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
