Rishaan Ramkissoon

Rishaan Ramkissoon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance for JCDecaux across the Middle East and Africa, Rishaan also holds the position of Executive Director for South Africa and has been involved with various legal roles since 2006, including prior positions as Legal Counsel for Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, and as a Senior Legal Advisor at Clientele Limited. Rishaan is recognized as an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa. Academic qualifications include a Chartered Company Secretary (CIS) Professional Postgraduate Degree from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by additional certifications in management and leadership.
