Andrea Lau

Andrea Lau has extensive work experience in the fields of product management, development, and research. From 1993 to 2017, they worked at J.D. Power, where they held various roles including Research Director and Manager of Research Operations/Purchasing. In these positions, they oversaw multiple research projects in the Utility and Telecom Industry and managed teams of employees. Additionally, Andrea was a Research Supervisor for the Ritz-Carlton Account, where they conducted executive interviews and supervised production activities. Prior to their time at J.D. Power, they worked as a Research Associate at UCLA from 1991 to 1993, conducting clinical interviews and administering psychological questionnaires. In 2018, Andrea joined J.D. Power again as a Consultant in Product Management & Development with a focus on Global Business Intelligence and recruiting management.

Andrea Lau completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1984 to 1988.
