Veteran run franchise system JDog Brands has promoted Dana Forester to the position of President and COO of JDog Carpet Cleaning. Ms. Forester will continue to strategically train, support, and advise franchisees, and lead the company’s effort to double its footprint in 2021.
“Dana has worked tirelessly to bring more Veterans and Military family members into the business. As she propelled others to success, her own military training positioned her to grow within our ranks,” said co-founder and CEO of JDog Brands Jerry Flanagan, who is himself a US Army veteran. “Dana’s work ethic and problem-solving abilities gain her the respect and confidence of the franchisees she serves. But more than that, Dana leads from the front and has proved she can hustle. We know Dana will continue to help us create business ownership opportunities for Veterans and their families, and live by our values of Respect, Integrity, and Trust.”
Ms. Forester is a veteran of the US Air Force, who has served as Vice President of Operations for the past two years. Prior to that, she was Director of Operations and Ramp Up Coach of JDog Junk Removal & Hauling.
“My Air Force training taught me how to effectively manage people, projects, and assets, and how to work collectively with my team for the greater good,” said Ms. Forester. “I lean on that experience every day at JDog, but this is more than a job to me. It has become my life’s work and passion, and I’m proud to continue creating jobs for Veterans and their families.”
