Mike Stagnone

Mike Stagnone is an incoming 2025 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Jefferies, starting in March 2024, with a background in finance and management. Currently serving as a Shift Manager at Sullivan Farms Ice Cream Stand since November 2017, Mike oversees daily operations and employees. Mike gained experience as a Financial Institutions Intern at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from May to August 2024, focusing on compliance examinations. Previous roles include serving as a Tournament Assistant, Bagroom Attendant, and Caddie at Vesper Country Club from June 2020 to May 2024, as well as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Ameritas in early 2022. Mike is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance at Boston College Carroll School of Management, expected to graduate in May 2026, and holds a high school diploma from Chelmsford High School, graduating in 2022.
