Hannah Frost

Hannah Frost is currently the Operations Manager at Jellyfish. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Job Co-Ordinator from October 2012 to July 2015 at Added Value. Her responsibilities there included PA support to 3 Director’s providing extensive diary management, expenses and timesheets; liaison with clients to ensure smooth administration of projects; regular monitoring of each project to ensure profitability by compiling internal status reports; organisation and attendance of client kick-offs on each project; coordination of internal/ external client meetings and workshops, including sourcing appropriate venues, organising catering, and collation of workshop stimulus/ materials where needed; arrangement of complex global travel arrangements including visa applications, flights, hotels, taxis, hospitality and currency; typing up and photographing workshop output; responding to ad-hoc client and colleague queries; obtaining client confirmation, initial purchase orders and any other relevant documentation required by Finance in order to manage project finances; raising supplier purchase orders and ensuring supplier invoices were authorised on time; maintaining close working relationships with colleagues and other Job Co-Ordinators to facilitate better ways of working and providing extra support where needed; and helping manage company events from Summer and Christmas parties to monthly Birthday Teas and impromptu Summer BBQ’s.

Hannah Frost began their educational career at THE DEANES SCHOOL. Hannah then attended SOUTH EAST ESSEX COLLEGE. Hannah has also received certification from Jellyfish Online Marketing in Jellyfish SEO Standard Certificate, Jellyfish Training Google Ad Words Standard Certificate, and Jellyfish Training Social Media Standard Certificate.
