Richard Hartley

Richard Hartley is the Technical Paid Search Director at Jellyfish. Richard has over 10 years of experience in PPC management and has been with Jellyfish for over 9 years. Prior to their current position, they were the PPC Director at Jellyfish Online Marketing where they were responsible for PPC strategy within the UK team. Richard also managed Adwords training courses, the UK-Japanese agency relationship, client pitching, and internal PPC manager development. In addition, they wrote blogs and kept the company updated on everything PPC. At one point, they managed a team of 13 junior and senior PPC managers. Richard has also spent 3 months in Tokyo to develop the Jellyfish/IREP inter-agency relationship. Prior to their time at Jellyfish, Richard was a PPC Manager at ValueClick where they were responsible for the strategy and management of PPC accounts for the company's internal brand, including PriceRunner.co.uk and Shopping.net. Richard started their career as a PPC Consultant at Pink Sheep.

Richard Hartley has a Master of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Surrey, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same school. Richard is also certified by Google in Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Campaign Manager Certification, Display & Video 360 Certification, Search Ads 360 Certification, AdWords Fundamentals, AdWords Mobile Advertising, AdWords Search Advertising, and DoubleClick Search Certification. In addition, they have Bing Ads Certification and Google Ads Display Certification. Finally, they have Google Ads Measurement Certification and Google Ads Shopping Certification.
