Rute Pontes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in MICE and hospitality management, currently serving as MICE & Hospitality Manager for Jerónimo Martins since October 2013. Prior to this role, Rute held positions such as Assistant to the Executive Director at the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, where responsibilities included managing schedules and preparing documentation, and Administrative Support at ET, LDA. Rute's background also features significant experience as a Project Manager with Leading - Congress and Association Management and AIMS Lisbon, focusing on client brief analysis, proposal development, supplier negotiations, and event logistics. Rute holds a degree in Tourism from Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração, complemented by professional training from The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) in 2005.
