Teresa Sobral

Teresa Sobral is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Development Manager in the Corporate area of Jerónimo Martins, focusing on the Performance Management Cycle since October 2023. Before this role, Teresa held the position of Human Resources Development Manager at Recheio from January 2020 to November 2023 and worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Recheio Cash & Carry and in the HR Corporate department of Jerónimo Martins from November 2013 to December 2019. Prior experience includes an internship at Banco Santander Totta, where responsibilities included recruitment and selection of trainees and participation in training and development projects.
